RAD Reading Responses

I've finally, after nearly 20 hours of grading, finished reading all 99 of your reading responses. I enjoyed the in-depth analyses of your banned books. You all provided relevant evidence from your texts and wrote well-crafted four-five paragraph essays with engaging introductions. Here are four (of many) outstanding essays in each class. Read and write a comment on two essays, one from your class and one from another class. Follow the guidelines we will go over in class.

  1. Shayna had a very good hook, I like how it started with a quote that brings the reader into the book. She sticks with her focus throughout the essay and is very descriptive. Good job!
